From last week. Brunches with friends. Runs and swims in the center of town. A birthday. A walk along the esplanade. Summer roses. Inspiration on the streets. From a happy time in my first hometown.

Boston Memories
Catching up with friends over tea and the best coffee. Taking a shortcut home through my college grounds. Admiring the city center. Appreciating the architecture. Just generally enjoying the perfect balance of family time and friend time.

A Few of My Favorite Things

See you the next time around, hometown!

Reunion II
Some shots from an adventure-filled day with high school friends. Some things to remember: a suprise and Ranier cherries at the farmer's market, dessert from Modern Pastry, a surprise green space in between the North End and Park Street, and a stunning summer sunset.

Weekend
Going through Connecticut. | Re-union meal. | Center of town. |
That other glass tower. | Post-recital flowers.
Some shots from my weekend at home. I'm finally free to spend the summer as I please. So far, there's been a reunion, a trip to the library, violin-playing, and swimming. I do miss New York, but it's been a few good days. I'm excited for what the rest of the week will bring.

Boston Weekend
I went home for the weekend to celebrate my birthday, and while my stay was short, it was beautiful. With my closest friend, I shared a decadent breakfast of scrambled eggs with homemade waffles that were filled with blueberries and chocolate, and topped with yogurt, strawberries and bananas. With my family, I shared an assortment of salads and a slice of "Kiev" cake topped with a blue candle. I walked with my mom, talked with my grandma, and played violin. I'm glad I went.

Homecoming
Shots from a few much-needed days back home. There were views from the train, the comfort of family, a soft cake for a birthday, boquets of flowers for a recital, many walks on familiar streets, and a pleasant swim in the center of town. These vacation days were not wasted.
